Below you will find a couple of organisational announcements concerning the NSTT No-Dig Event. For a fluent organisation of the event, we kindly request you to take note of these.

The build-up day for the event is October 10.
Exhibitors with their own stand (48 m²) can build up their stand from 8.00 a.m. – 22 p.m. Please send us a drawing or picture of your stand and let us know the time of arrival.
Exhibitors with a standard stand (8, 16 or 32 m²) can access their stand on October 10 between 8 am and 22 pm, in order to furnish and otherwise prepare it. Alternatively, this can be done on the first day of the event itself, October 11, between 7am and 9am.

Back side access to the event hall
Loading and unloading takes place at the back side of the expo building. Please use the following address for your navigation: Gildenstraat 15C, 3861 RG, Nijkerk.
We kindly request you to also park here.
Please remove pallets and other equipment after unloading. These cannot be stored at the event location.
Exhibitors with an outside emplacement
You can position your lorry or tent at your emplacement on October 10 from 8 am, or on October 11 between 7am and 8.30am. Access through the back side of Hart van Holland, Gildenstraat 15C, 3861 RG, Nijkerk.
All stands come equipped with one power point. This is a free group with a maximum of 3500 Watt. This should be sufficient for normal use. If you need three-phase electricity, you can reserve it via firstname.lastname@example.org (please see the exhibitors' guide for the possibilities).
All catering is inclusive.
On 11 and 12 October we serve lunch between 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 a.m. on the horecasquare.
Coffee and tea
In the morning and around noon, thermos bottles with coffee will be delivered to the stands. If needed, these can be refilled at the restauration square.
From 2pm, drinks will be provided to the stands.
IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO PROVIDE YOU OWN CATERING TO THE STAND
Removal of the stands
The stands will be removed on October 12 after the end of the event, i.e. 6pm. You are kindly requested to wait with the removal until after 6pm. The standard stands should be left empty at 7pm.
A fantastic opportunity for the overnight stay is hotel Ampt van Nijkerk. This hotel is situated on the terrain of Hart van Holland.
You can make reservations via 00 31 33 247 1616. Please mention you are an exhibitor. The price per person per night is 79 euro, breakfast included.
You can also have dinner in the Ampt van Nijkerk. Reservations required!
